Cruel Love is the ending to Phoenix and Aspen's story. We do pick up right where Cruel Hate leaves off.... We all know how that ending left me and how I needed this book like I needed my next breath. I needed to know how Aspen and Phoenix were going to get their HEA. Let me tell you they have an uphill battle and Aspen is the true superstar in this book. Yes Phoenix has an uphill battle of his own, but she has to come to terms with the fact that the man that she has fallen in love with may never remember what they had together. Where many would have put their heads in the sand she steps up and does what she needs to do for her unborn child.

The ending to this has me craving the next book in the series. I will say this author definitely knows how to dangle the proverbial carrot in front of us..... Damn you Isla.
