Custom Covers will come with an ebook, full wrap, title png, all cover text in png form, ARC cover, and three 3D renders.

Additional full wraps for different retailers and audiobook covers can be purchased for additional fees. 

 

Custom covers will be designed based on author specifications.

At the beginning of the process, we will discuss those specifications via email, messenger, or phone call, whichever is preferred. 

 

All sales of custom covers are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to begin work on a cover. 

 

Custom covers are made with stock images selected by the designer or author.

The author may provide an exclusive image to use in the design.

If an exclusive image is to be used, licensing will need to be shown if the author purchases the image.

For stock images, we cannot guarantee that the same image will not appear on another cover or that another author will not purchase the image on their own and bring it to the designer to be used for a design.

 

Custom covers may not be resold.

By purchasing a custom cover, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page.

 

Please plan to provide detailed/information for a custom cover at least one month prior to when you need the cover (minimum). This allows for time to work on the design and for any possible revisions needed.

 

Custom covers come with three (3) revisions.

Any revisions after that will be an additional fee.

 

Revisions will be completed and final files emailed to you by the agreed upon date with completed payment.

Custom covers are non-refundable after final approval and finalized files have been sent.

 

You may request minor adjustments to your custom cover (addition of bestseller title, taglines, blurb changes/corrections, etc.)

as needed for an additional fee.
 

Adjustments needed due to printer measurements are free of charge.

1 Paperback Print Wrap
1 Ebook cover

1 Ebook ARC Cover
All elements of typography in transparent back png files
The blank background of the cover with no typography
3 Paperback 3D mockups
1 Ebook tablet mockup 
1 Square graphic for social media
 

*Additional graphics and elements may be purchased for an additional charge.

Invoices for custom covers must be paid within 3 days of approving the final design.

If not paid your purchase will be canceled.

Chaotic Creatives does not support the use of AI in design and we do not use AI in our design work.

Requests for use of AI (generated by the author or stock) will be denied. With the rise of AI being added to most stock retailers and quickly becoming difficult to differentiate from non-AI generated images we promise to do our utmost to avoid accidentally using AI in our design work, and that includes refusing the use of an image that we cannot determine is not AI.
