All book tours include a cover reveal or preorder blast if your cover has already been revealed,
a teaser blast, a bookstagram event, a release blast, and a review tour.
Cover reveals/Preorder Shares include:
Graphics provided by us, a packet that includes premade social media posts for all platforms, premade HTML, and all information on your book for influencers who prefer to build their own posts. Packets are sent out to influencers who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist the morning of the cover reveal to prevent an early share. Packets are sent to you for approval a minimum of 3 days prior to being sent to influencers. If we do not hear back from you on approval by the day before packets need to be sent to influencers we will accept that as approval of the packet and schedule it to send.

Teaser Shares include:
Premade social media posts for influencers to post easily on whatever social media platforms they prefer. Teaser share packets are sent the day before your teaser blast to influencers who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist. The teaser graphic is to be provided by you, if you need help with teaser graphics we are more than happy to provide those for an additional fee. You can find teaser graphic information on the graphics section of our website here.

Bookstagram events include:
An Instagram image and story image provided by us and pre-made Instagram posts for easy sharing. Bookstagram packets are sent to influencers who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist two days before the release date. Packets are sent to you for approval a minimum of 3 days prior to being sent to influencers. If we do not hear back from you on approval by the day before packets need to be sent to influencers we will accept that as approval of the packet and schedule it to send.
Release Shares include:
Release graphics provided by us, a release packet that includes premade social media posts for all platforms, premade HTML, and all information on your book for influencers who prefer to build their own posts. Release blast packets are sent two days before release to influencers who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist. Packets are sent to you for approval a minimum of 3 days prior to being sent to influencers. If we do not hear back from you on approval by the day before packets need to be sent to influencers we will accept that as approval of the packet and schedule it to send.

Review tours include:
Tour graphics provided by us, a tour packet that includes premade social media posts for all platforms, premade HTML, and all information on your book for influencers who prefer to build their own posts. Review tour packets are sent two days before release to influencers who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist two days before the release date.
All events include ARC distribution via bookfunnel. You can provide your own bookfunnel link or Chaotic Creatives can make one for you through our bookfunnel publisher account. We have moved away from direct to Kindle due to Amazon’s difficulties with delivery and ease of piracy through Amazon. Bookfunnel allows for all ARCs to be completely watermarked with identifying information while offering a much easier and more secure service for distribution. We do not use booksprout due to the abundance of difficulty that influencers have had with their service.
An author view of your event where you can see who has signed up in real time is also included for you with your influencer events. The author view allows us to provide you with transparency while also protecting the privacy of influencers. You will be able to see the names and influencers who have signed up, if they have chosen to review, and the dates they have chosen to participate. We also provide a post link view so you are able to see who has turned in their post links in real time to make it easier for you to find those posts and be able to interact with influencers who are participating. Influencers are given the option to provide you with their email address for future events at the end of events when they turn in their links and if they opt to provide that information it will be available to you in your post links view.

We will provide you with a sign up form for influencers which we will manage and send out to all influencers signed up for our influencer newsletter, post onto our social media, and share in our influencer group. We also highly encourage you to share the sign up yourself. It greatly helps with your exposure by doing that. Influencers and Bookstagrammers love to have personal interactions with authors and those are valuable relationships for you to build.
One week after the review tour ends we will contact anyone who requested an ARC that has not turned in their review links to us with a reminder to please send those. One week after the reminder we will close the author and review views and convert those into CSV files to provide you for your records.

If at any time Chaotic Creatives discovers the content of your books, your social media, or yourself are involved in anything that is harmful or criminal we do reserve the right to discontinue a working relationship with you. This includes but is not limited to: anything explicit involving minors, racism, ableism, and homophobia.
Chaotic Creatives does not support the use of AI and supports all human artists. Covers, graphics, or writing containing AI will not be promoted by Chaotic Creatives. We understand mistakes can happen in this new world we are navigating and will always bring it to the author's attention if it is discovered any part of their cover/graphics contain AI. However, if the author chooses to go forward using those designs we will end our working relationship with them.
We do not give an expected number of sign ups as we cannot guarantee any number. We send sign ups multiple times to our influencer newsletter of 3k+ subscribers, share them across all our social media, and also encourage authors to also be sharing their sign-ups themselves. Many factors play into the number of influencers that sign up from genre, tropes, series, release dates, if influencers have already read the author or not, etc.
All events are non-refundable once booked.
